Decline normally means going down, not sure how past LSU players is a good measure of current LSU success.

I'd be somewhat bummed if my school had that much talent running through it and could only muster 1 conference title in 7 years and even in that season it ended in humiliation.

I'd be bummed too if I were as bad at math as you were. LSU has 2 conference titles in 7 years - same number as Alabama. We are just starting the 8th year. since 2007.
