They're supposed to be good. All I know.

big time combo guard, shooting guard guys. Both visited during the Clemson game and had been talking about committing for quite awhile. Their parents really like UGA and the staff. Both recruits mentioned the great connection they made with the staff and how they have always wanted to play together in college.
Pretty big commitments from 2 top 100 kids. Could end of being top 5 in-state kids. Had big time offers from other schools like Memphis, UCONN, Oklahoma State and several SEC schools. Hopefully the commitments stick cause they would be great additions.

It's hard to believe they're good, if they want to play basketball for us.

Sounds good but to keep it in perspective both are rated as 3 stars on Scout: LINK Meanwhile Duke at #1 and Kentucky, #2, in recruiting had four 5 stars and three 5 stars respectively in their 2014 classes. Georgia wasn't even in the top 25 in recruiting. LINK I like Mark Fox as a coach but he's not getting done on the recruiting trail. I mean you would think we should be able to at least get some 4 star recruits.

They're both 4 stars on rivals, and ranked 85th and 90th in the country. These guys between them had offers from Memphis, UConn, Tennessee, Maryland, etc. The SG we have in this class also had a UConn offer.
WGAF? Do you think duke compares their football recruiting to ours? We aren't duke basketball, we're Georgia. Getting 2 4* to commit to us on the same day is fantastic, anyone downing this is just being stupid.
we just got 2

What WG just said. Look we are Georgia Basketball. For us these are two huge victories and should be celebrated. For everyone that bad mouths our recruiting effort. I challenge you to go to 2 games this year.

First of all, every Georgia fan is fully aware of our basketball program and the frustration that we witness every year. Second of all, alot of us here aren't bandwagon fans that root for other college basketball teams because Georgia has been very bad recently. We root for Georgia and with that we don't bash our basketball program. If you knew anything about Georgia basketball you would have known that our recruiting efforts are improving dramatically. It started with our recent hires and having alot of big time in state talent interested in playing for Georgia. I don't see why you would come and bash the team after landing 2 very good players and we are in on quite a few good ones this year as well. It may not be today, it may not be tommorow, it may not be next year but very soon if the recruiting efforts continue Georgia Basketball will be relevant.
Don't come back when we are good.

Odd that you are disregarding the Scout ranking. I have actually found that Scout tends to rank higher than Rivals at least in football; don't keep up with basketball that closely.
As for the comparison with Duke, sure as a basketball school there's no comparison but in terms of basketball recruiting I would guess that Georgia compares favorably with N.C. in terms of the no. of instate recruits. /shrug

Yea, according to Rivals.....
247 has Harris as 4 star and Crump as a 3 star so we'll split the difference.

I can't imagine anyone named "Tyree" being worth a flip at anything.
