the community where a lot of my family lives put together a cookbook several years ago. my uncle has a recipe for squirrel in there- i can find it for ya if you're interested.

Never had squirrel brains and eggs? All of my family is from way down south (Possum Valley, which is close to Monticello), and they all ate it growing up.

no, i think i tried a bite of fried squirrel before and all kinds of other stuff (tripe, brains, etc) that people might find questionable.
