5 SEC teams ranked in Top 10. Why the frick is UT playing at #3 Oklahoma again?

Dear UT AD,
Would you please stop scheduling OOC teams like #2 Oregon and #3 Chokelahoma every frickin year? Having Bama, UF, UGA, etc on schedule every year is already grueling enough. This year UT play @#15 Ole Miss. Last year UT played #5 Auburn. frick you Mike Hamilton for giving us going away gifts.

You have good reason to think it sucks but I've always admired that about UT.
I wish GT and to a lesser extent Auburn would be a little more ballsy with OOC scheduling. I think it is more important when you're down to be constantly seen playing with the big boys so people don't forget you.

Agreed, these tough out of conference games are the difference in Music City Bowl and no bowl for Tennessee. High stakes stuff we are talking about here.

People bitch about shitty cupcake OOC games, but when an AD books a top tier team, people bitch. 
If UT manages to pull the upset, it would do wonders for Butch's program.

UT had toughest schedule in the nation for 2 straight years. Last year UT played #5 Auburn and #1 Bama which is cream of the crop in the West.

Give me west schedule with Arkansas all day every day instead of @Oregon, @Chokelahoma, @Alabama, Auburn, Ole Miss, etc.
