I'm one of those people who is against things like public floggings and capital punishment because I don't think the justice system should be a vehicle for revenge, but god damn I'd love to see that snotty shite caned in public Singapore style.

The thing I keep hearing is that the kids are dumbass kids.
As far as the problem, u couldn't be further from the truth. To do what these criminals did, u must be void of a conscience. In this day, this is a dangerous thing. Anyone with an ounce of common decency would never do this. As far as society is concerned, each person on this video, is a waste of air and serves no purpose and is only taking up space. If u live here , move immediately.....your kid could be next.
Oh and if that were my brother or son, mutha f***in heads would roll. Don't care how young they are. Believe that.

Have to agree with you here...def lacking a conscious and just morally wrong...these pricks weren't bored or whatever, just down right mean. You're right, shame these kids are wasting space on this planet...wish I'd rolled up on them w/a Louisville Slugger and some kids are getting their wigs split...
