I keep seeing rumors that Dak is somehow injured, wearing a boot, etc... I am assuming they are just that, rumors. We've already had the false alarm about a month ago reporting a torn ACL, and we know how true that one turned out to be.

Does anyone here have any knowledge of what is or isn't going on there?

Dunno...apparently he is still practicing though. So that's a good sign.

Makes me feel a lot better. Any injury, if it exists, that he is allowed to practice on cant be that serious.

Dak is hurt, not injured...Basically a little banged up. Cleared to practice and play on Saturday and will be up to Mullen whether he does or not...

De'Runnya and MoJo same story...

I literally almost directed the post at you. Thanks for the info. Hopefully they are all healthy. Bear is a huge threat at WR for us, in a way that I can't remember us ever having before.

Don't you think we would have heard something from a credible source by now if there was something serious. Walking boots are recommended treatment for even light sprains these days.

When I played, the treatment for a mild sprain was to limp a bit. If there were pretty girls around, make the limp a bit more noticeable. I will freely admit now that I took full advantage of any injury.

Also someone went thru the MSU football twitter account and was retweeting the tweets before the Bama game last year that Dak was injured and wouldn't play

We've got to protect his shins from overzealous fans on campus that are pissed about the endzone INT and only putting up 7 in the first quarter last week...

My hope would be that Dak is good to go for a quarter. Exits the game 17-0. Damian Williams comes in and extends the lead to 38-0. Then we get to see Fitzgerald for the 4th quarter.

You were using the tools you currently had to work with.

I'm sure all precautions are being taken between now and LSU week.

Not injured. It's precautionary. He's been practicing and will play against UAB.

I got leg whipped one time by a defender that had fallen down. The top of his foot hit my foot square on the top. It brought me down in a heap and put me out of the rest of the game. The trainer gave me crutches to use around campus while it healed. I was fine in 3-4 days, but I wanted to hold onto those crutches as the go to drought-buster, so I told the trainer that someone stole them.

Hey... thanks for access.

I really hope he isn't hurt. I hate that with any player no matter the team.

Some idiot called into h2h yesterday and said someone on the team told him dak had an injured foot and would miss 2-3 games minimal. That's how this started I believe.
