Wasn't this announced a while ago? I honestly don't remember. Or maybe cynical me was just assuming he would get extended so I had already accepted it

So freaking disappointed.
There is no ability for me to display the amount of anger I have over this news. None. No gif. No image. No string of profanity. No DDOS attack against Aggieathletics.com. None of it can display my utter despair.
Does this add the theorem that we will never have more than one of the big 3 sports good at the same time ?

This had better be to just firm up recruiting. If we don't make the tournament this year he should be gone.

Yes but we're setting Reed arena attendance records under Kennedy (not the good kind), and that's despite lots of discount or even free ticket promos. Another mil or mil and a half to buzz or pearl would have put thousands more butts in seats and generated more $$.

Is there? He's the King of turnarounds, it just takes a while to implement. At SEL his team finished 9th, 11th, 10th, and 9th in the conference during his first 4 years. Then he won the conference the 2 years after that. Similar story at Murray State. In year 4 he took them to the NCAA tournament.

If this isn't just some sort of ploy to try and hold a recruiting class together, and in fact Kennedy is being rewarded for the reasons hyman has stated, I'm going to start kicking kittens.
