How does Kiffin get away with not wearing a polo?

I thought that was mandatory gameday attire? Saban is obviously losing control....

It was either the polo or the shades he wore when walking into the stadium.
His future is bright, had to pick the shades.

It's got a collar, I'll let it slide

y'all didn't think he was going to actually listen to Saban did you?

Why do you think Saban looked irritated Saturday? It wasn't because of Kiffins coaching, it was because of Kiffins fashion revolt!

Spelling ofi was in the middle of a 72 hour stretch and was streaming the game so I couldn't see all of it but i heard there was some arguing between the two on the sideline. Any truth to this?

Nope. Saban actually seemed more content with Kiffin than any coach I have seen him around. Had a lot of praise for Lane post-game too.

Man if Kiffin sticks around for a while and learns under Saban for as long as he can, he may just turn his HC career around.
When that day comes (preferably a few years) I'd like to see him go to a solid program, but not one like USCw/Tennessee where the expectations are high. Of course USC's were much higher than Tenn's, but still.

I think Saban respects the fact that Kiffin agreed to be on the sideline. I like having him there too, which I think is the real reason he agreed to do it.

Kiffin does seem to have a really good attitude, I don't know if maybe he has been humbled, or that's just his nature, but he is a part of the process now

I hope Kiffin stays on the sideline. Players love him and they respond to having him down there.

He seems to really connect with the players like coach Mac used to.

When your boss tells you to do something you don't "agree" to do it. You do it or your boss will get someone that will.
