Why fish is a meat, sorry vegetarians.

Fish is an animal. Flesh from an animal = meat.
Vegetarians, quit discriminating and saying that fish/seafood isn't a meat. Plants and fungi are not meats, that's what you should be eating. Birds are meat as well!
Vegetarians piss me off when they say they don't eat meat, but will fowl or fish/seafood. If you do that, then dont call yourself a vegetarian.

Then they're not real Vegetarians. I've never known an actual Vegetarian to say this though. The confusion I usually see is when Vegetarians call themselves Vegan.

It's possible that they're ignorant about what it means to be a vegetarian. They also could be calling themselves vegetarians because a lot of people wouldn't know what they were talking about if the described themselves as pescetarians.
They're almost assuredly trendy fricks that want credit for choosing such a noble and merciful diet, without completely giving up all delicious animal flesh.

Not true, but are you north or south florida? Miami down to the Keys and I am a Snapper man all day but it is not like you get good Snapper in Kansas. Catfish seems to travel better.

North Florida. Snapper is awesome.
If I'm going to some generic seafood restaurant, I'm getting mahi or grouper. Just don't like catfish. I think it's tasteless and oily.
