Just watched the O&B game condensed, and Driskel still doesn't read the full field.

Seemed like each pass play, he stuck his eyes to one half the field, and looked like he knew where he was threwing it even before the play.

Watching Grier and Morningwhig, they both actually seemed better in this aspect of playing QB.

Now the O&B game was a while ago, but still consider me on the side of seeing this offense to really believe it has progressed.

Hard to look at two sides of the field when you have a second to make a decision and you're not in the shotgun.

Dude never had any time to do shite because we were playing in a pro system with no pro offensive linemen or a pro quarterback.

Hopefully the shotgun at least gives him enough time to scramble around and look downfield if they get blown out like every play last year.

Well, I think our system is going to be about getting the ball out quick. So no real need to make full field reads.

Very rarely will Jeff be asked to read more than 1/3 of the field in the New O.

I'm assuming our passing game isn't gonna have many 5-7 step drops then. Ball will be out quick.
