Does not matter what 2 games.

Vandy v Ole Miss WOULD count, but there would have to be at least one more. Could be in or out of conference.

Could be Arkansas v ANY P 5 school. Or whatever.

But 2 compelling games a week should be mandatory for the kind of money the conference is pulling in

I'm sure that will be up for negotiation when the next contract is due.

And it's important to keep plenty of games on free TV.

It's what made the NFL king (and is making the SEC the prince) of modern sports.

There were more than 2 premier games last week. But this coming week has made up for that.

Uga-Clemson
Bama-wet vag
LSU-wiscy
Scar-aTm
Auburn-Bert
Ole miss-Boise

I wish some if those would have been saved for week 2

Agreed the conference matchups, SC-A&M and Aub-Ark, should have been saved for week 2. Bama, LSU and others usually play high profile out of conference games week 1, so we have that. Plus, it's tough having a conference game week 1.
