Someone explain the difference in the second half on D. We make some adjustments?

I was curious what the difference was too, hard to tell in the stadium what adjustments they made. I'm going to watch the game later though.

Defense settled down and played their assignments. We put pressure on Allen and closed the gaps for their RB's.

Our linebackers played in the gaps more. They did not get behind the play... Early, they were so aggressive, they were over pursuing.

Plus Therezie brought the pain a few times..

Arky ran a zone blocking scheme and let the LBs over pursue and hit the cut backs RT and JG in second half stay at home and the D-Line collapsed the play

Good coaches make excellent halftime adjustments. We seem to have a staff that excels at adjusting to what the other offense throws at them. If you look back at last year you'll find that that was the case in nearly every game.

We changed our linebacker gap assignments and sent Therezie to stop the run.

Arkansas stopped running the ball for 1. We also got them in some 3rd and longs.
