How'd it go, can you share your experience with us? I don't remember the poster and don't want to scroll back to find the thread.

It was ColoradoAg. I'm interested as well, the outcomes of the games couldn't really have gone any better

He may still be gone.
All of my friends/fam who made the trip are still out east, due to the holiday weekend.

I met some ATM fans in Athens Friday night but they weren't posters. They said they knew several ATM fans doing the same road trip.

Good stuff.
I'm envious.
Would've been a memorable time, no doubt.

I hope he got tickets. Athens was rocking all weekend but inside Sanford was electric from start to finish.

There's an Aggie gal on twitter doing updates from Athens. Said it was awesome and the stadium atmosphere was incredible last night.

It's a shame. I went to Athens last year for UGA-LSU. It's my favorite stadium/campus in the SEC, although I haven't been to all of them. The ones I have seen (in alphabetical order):

Alabama
Auburn
Georgia
Florida
LSU
Tennessee
Texas A&M
Vanderbilt

You shut your mouth. A&M's Soviet type buildings should be number one.

I saw a group of them on the bridge about 1 hour, hour and a half until kick and told them thanks for whipping SC, wonder if it was them.

There is a big thread on Texags. In summary, Columbia was a step down from the other SEC road trips. Students gave LSU a run for their money. TONS of salty language and most seemed to be from girls. Alumni were clash and friendly.

My wife and I do all the Aggie road games and the SC students were not rude but went out of their way not to look at us or speak to us on campus which seemed odd. We love to walk campuses on game day and meet people. In two hours only 2 students spoke to us. Bought an SC hat in the gift shop- not even a smile.

Tailgating was minimal and the stadium was off campus of course which was odd. We had a contact in the Reserved tailgating area which was sweet.

Stadium was fine. Very loud at kick off and got quiet quickly. Not a fan of piped on music but liked Sandstorm.

Since it was a Thursday night game and a holiday weekend, everyone stayed and went to Charleston, Myrtle. Beach etc which was the hightlight of everyone's trip. LOVED CHARLESTON!!!!!
