Comments on some SEC network people after first few days of play.

Tebow - Very solid. Ought to feature him.

Spears - Yeah I can listen to him

Women - Nice eye candy

Booger - Likes to flick'em

McElroy - It's howdy doody time

Stinkum - That says it all

Nowkah - cold oatmeal

Finebaum - Need to send him back to rural Alabama radio. He is making a mockery of the SEC.

I want him to commentate the UGA UF game this year.

Jesse Palmer is good at his job. I'm glad he was the color guy yesterday for our lowly match-up.

Have to admit McElroy has done a pretty good job so far, it's obvious at times he led the panel when they had to "fill airtime" due to delays and what not, he's been able to improvise some without sounding like an idiot, and he's done it w/ Boogar and Nowkah riding along, (neither are much help).

Like Tebow as a person & college QB, but he tries to hawg the discussion a bit too much. It's early but I can see a 75% turnover of analysts by next yr. Apparently the suits are getting on PF for some of his callers, but I'd guess he's here to stay, more so than some of the others.

He has no knowledge of the game. Listen to him carefully when asked about actual strategy of players and he is always ready with a canned answer. He has made his money by pitting the lowest common denominator against each other for years.

Greg McElroy does one thing that irritates the fire out of me but otherwise he's good....."with that being said"........he says it like every 5 minutes

McElroy has been good so far. I think he could end up in a broadcasting booth before too long.

Been impressed with Spears and McFarland. They concisely make their points and stop talking.

Don't care for Finebaum. If they are going to keep him for "shock value", they should limit his time to live game and SEC pre-game/post-game commentary. I cannot imagine watching his call-in show for hours at a time.

I would like SEC Network to get some former coaches and have an SEC Game Film analysis show for upcoming matchups similar to what is done on ESPNU

I like Tebow. I've seen him speak and think he's a great guy.

That said, I haven't enjoyed him on the SEC Network.

They will have this. It will be called "SEC Filmroom." I think the debut episode is this Wednesday night. I
