That first half was brutal. Bert's not my cup of tea, but he'll have you competing and winning games this year.

Dem running backs tho

Yep Marshall/Collins combo is lethal. Once you establish depth along the defensive line and can get pressure in the backfield you'll be contending and making it tough.

Impressed you sold your entire ticket allotment as well. Great group of hogs in Auburn yesterday. Good luck the rest of the way and beat the rest of the West please.

Yeah, seems like as soon as Bret gets another recruiting class in, Arkansas will be competing for the West.

Met several fans yesterday. They seemed to have a great time. Asked a ton of questions about the campus.

Good luck with the rest of the season

Need defensive depth. Need quality depth in the defensive backfield. Starters in the front 7 are quality, but too much youth and not enough depth behind them for the AU offense.

We will match up much better on defense with the offenses of UGA, Bama, LSU, State, and Ole Miss.

You guys win the turnover battle and you beat Ole Miss. If you played LSU next week I'd pick y'all too. Tough that you pulled UGA as your east opponent this year even though it's in LR. It'll be competitive

I'm certainly not convinced at this point that we are any better this year than last. I drank the Kool Aid the first half and was pondering great things for the team--and then the second half happened. So we take snippets and moral victories out of a game because we want to be optimistic and get back to the winning ways of a few years ago but yesterday's game was eerily similar to what we witnessed a lot of last year, the Auburn game included.

I've still got us at 6-6 based on speculation which is all that we can go on at this point anyway. We may get there or we may not. Being good during certain points of the game at certain phases of the game isn't going to cut it against quality competition. I'm going to need to see proof before I can concede improvement such as a win on the road, or playing a complete 60 minutes of football against a quality opponent. Then I'll start believing.

The Texas Tech game, which I have as a loss but would now swap it with aTm which I had as a win, will be a good indicator whether improvement is present.

That's a fair and logical reasoning based upon what we saw. I didn't get to watch as much of Arkansas last year as you so you'd know better than I do about putting together a complete game or what not. I do believe there was more glimmers of improvement and hope in this game than any other conference game outside of maybe LSU last year.

We desperately need secondary help. I can't recall one pass where we actually stopped you guys.

I hope that D'HAQUILLE WILLIAMS has already made his decision to go pro.

We're just not there in the back seven. It's going to take time.

Auburn did a great job of exploiting where we are still just plain bad.

With mizz, ole miss, and tech's struggles, there's still hope to get to 6

Had a great time on the plains. Interacted with a lot of Auburn fans. Great people!

It was hotter than Hell!

That's the most miserable home game weather wise I've ever been to. Only game I ever contemplated leaving because of heat. Glad you had a good time! I enjoyed my time in Fayetteville last year
