Cooper, Yeldon, and Henry looked great.

TE was an A. Just because he Wasnt thrown to doesnt mean its a B grade. He did an excellent job blocking

It looks like we are totally disinterested in any kind of pass rush no matter how many edge rushers we recruit. This is about the smallest O line we will play all year, except for the cup cakes and, outside of a few plays, pressure was non existent. At this point, I am just going to be of the opinion that consistent back side pressure is just not part of the defensive scheme.

No way! They gave sims all kinds of time to throw.

Left side played very well but the right side sucked balls all day.

C overall, Sylve I give a D though. Thank god we didn't start out with a good team or we'd be 0-1.

Run blocking wasn't impressive against what we can only assume isn't a good defense.
Granted, I'm comparing this group to our great O-Lines

Remember, WVU may be much better than we think.

They had 8 in the box most of the game

I thought Brown's second holding call was a bit unfortunate actually.
Did Grant Hill play at all?

Adam Griffith was making field goals like it was his job.

Kind of leaning in the direction of who gives a shite? it's 8 guys from what's likely to be a shitty defense.
Our good lines saw 8 in the box quite often.
C may be a pessimistic overreaction, but they certainly were nowhere near an A+

One thing that scares me with Sims at the moment, is his propensity to stare down his receiver. Most of the game he did this.

I love Blakes pocket presence. Dude is not going to take a sack and is a great scrambbler. His down field passing makes me nervous as hell though and he had a couple of throws that were WAY off today. He did well for the most part, I still want to see Coker though.

That's true. I thought overall (and especially considering we basically played him like a traditional pro style guy) he did ok.
I'll also play devils advocate against my own posts in here and say that even the 2012 line looked a bit sketchy at times early in the season (Western Kentucky)
I just would like to see us get back to the 2009/2012 road grading O-Line

To me it felt like we were trying not to give too much away. We were always in the lead and had no reason to give up our weapons. I think it will be ok.
If the special teams doesn't give up a td the score would have looked better.
