Is the main ESPN channel working for anyone with WOW Cable?

For me, the main HD channel has audio but no video. The non-HD ESPN channel has no audio or video. All other channels, including ESPN2 and the SEC Network, are working fine, it's just the main ESPN. Are any other WOW customers experiencing this or anyone with other providers?

Well there's your problem right there. You are getting your tv through World of Warcraft.

Call Customer Service after resetting your receiver, if you have one.

Used to be Knology here in Huntsville. Bought out by Wide Open West, or Wide Out Wranglers, or Women Of Woden, or something like that. I have my internet through them. They suck.

Have not called yet, but I will soon. I don't think a reset will work. We have another tv that is hooked up directly to cable, no dvr, and it is experiencing the same problem as our main tv.

I have WOW here in Columbus and ESPN is working fine.

And WOW has been a great cable service for me so far. No complaints at all. Customer service has been excellent.
