The SEC West will come down to two styles

You have LSU, Bama and Arkansas that want to run the ball, control the clock, with occasional big play and suffocating defense.
You have Ole Miss, Auburn, and A&M that want to HUNH you to death.
We will see what style wins out.
Then you have Hail State - wake me up when Mullen wins anything of significance.

State has much more of a chance to compete this year than Arky does.

I think the lines will blur.
Look at Auburn-Ark last year. We basically flipped roles and Auburn still won easily. I know Arky wasn't in good shape, but still, teams like AU and A&M aren't just recruiting shifty smallish players, we're trying to get to a point where we can pound the shite out of other teams and air it out with impact plays. Neither team will have an elite defense with our offensive pace, but I do think you'll see us get relatively strong defenses.
Similarly, I think you'll see teams from more traditional teams incorporate elements from HUNH teams that can be easily implemented to give them big play boosts and lower the predictability.

Arky wants so bad to be mention with the big boys. Too bad their season ends tomorrow. Auburn is all they play for.

A&M is similar to arkansas under Petrino. The only exception is that A&M is recruiting better.
