Everyone saying Aggie D is still shite weren't paying attention last night.

Aggie D played well. Stuffed the run and pressured the QB all night. Two of SCs tds came from long passes.

Aggie D was outstanding on 3rd down and when SC got to about the 30 yard line.

Great situational D, not unlike AU last year.

Really hope this is true. Myles was getting past double teams all night.

Their secondary is VERY suspect.

It is 1 game though. We do not know how well USC's O'line is, if they even have a decent run game now. SO hard to tell without more games played.

A&M's front 7 looked much improved, but their secondary still gets confused on routine plays.

You can say it was big pass plays, but that exact thing happened to them ALL last year.

Does no good if you stuff the short stuff and then give up huge chunks.

Biggest surprise of the very early CFB season - TAMU's defense.

Impressive performance against what was supposed to be one of the best running games in the SEC east.

Owned the LOS all night long.

No, last year between Raven and Honeycutt, the FS position couldn't catch a cold.

We replaced a 2-year starter (De'Vante Harris) with a RS freshman (Victor Davis) at CB because of injury

We replaced two seniors, both of whom started last year (Floyd Raven and Clay Honeycutt) at FS with a true freshman (Armani Watts) which was frankly the difference between South Carolina scoring 28 and 42.

We replaced a 3-year starting nickelback (Toney Hurd) with a junior who had played a grand total of 10 snaps before yesterday (Devonta Burns)
