Has me worried about Arky. Hope our guys are more motivated than USCe. I keep having visions of Fred Talley and Matt Jones running down the field.

Honestly don't know how it relates to us and Arky.

Why would it make you worry about Arkansas?

If anything it just reinforces that aTm and Sumlin's offense is the real deal. Arkansas is unrelated to both of these teams.

When will people realize it's not the QB that makes Sumlin's offense good? Yes Kenny Hill is a solid QB but he isn't the reason this offense is pummeling SC into submission.

Yep. His WR routes are very well designed. There are receivers running wide open every play. You can't play soft coverage against it. It will pick you apart.

It forces you to have to play a risky tight coverage and bump off timing.

Spurrier also abandoned the run way too early.

And most importantly his OL keeps his QB off his arse. When you have time to sit there and make a decision to throw to a talented WR corp you're gonna score a ton of points.

And yes SC abandoned the run before they ever established it because they were in a 10 point hole before they blinked an eye.

Anyone else having flashbacks to Roof's (really Chizik's) defense?

Yeah a little worried about A&M now. Our secondary is definitely not a strength on our team.

We should still be able to score a ton on them though.

I get what the op is saying Carolina was a sexy pick to make the playoffs they we're supposed to have a good defense and line I hope we don't come out flat like this that's why I rather establish the run game instead of letting JJ go all air raid early

Aggy secondary is hit garbage... The DL looks considerably better though. Part of that is USCe has had to abandon the run.

The Carolina defense has given up.

They haven't given up. Stopped them 2 of the last 3 possessions and the one A&M scored on was after the onside kick. They are still fighting.
