Giving away 26.5 points. That seems like a lot for team like Bama that tends to win with defense.

My gut says no.

New QB, odds are we'll be running a lot and playing very vanilla on offense letting the QB's settle in, and a coach that tries not to run up the score if things do get out of hand. WVU could likely score in garbage time to cover.

Not betting the game, but if I had to put $ down it would be on WVU.

Coach Saban doesn't like to run up the score anyway, but I don't think he would want to on West Virginia, because he's from there.

Maybe. But no way in hell I'd bet on it.

Obviously Bama is way more talented. How good is WV is my question. They were a ranked team in 2011, they started off great in 2012, then at mid season went to crap, and they stayed bad in 2013.

It is always tough early because even Vegas doesn't have a lot to work with in setting the lines.

Bama has a much bigger following which will inflate a line a bit because many fools bet on their team every week(they usually lose money gambling) Personally I wouldn't touch it.

I don't think so. Would be pleasantly surprised if we do.
