Has anyone really accepted that Mizzou is an SEC school?

I still can't see why we let them in the conference. They don't really have any long-term history of success in any sport, their facilities are sub-par, and their fanbase is arrogant without reason. They are not Southern. They are mid-westerners who would have fit better in the Big 10. Did we really need the limited television ratings they bring that much?

We are stuck with them. Slive batted .500 during this round of expansion. Kramer did the same though in 1992.

They just aren't an SEC school. It was a forced marriage and will never fit right. I like Mizzou and their fans; they just are not SEC.
Virginia Tech would have been a perfect fit. Slide them right into the east, their fans and game day are very similar to SEC material. They are close to UT and would also fit well to Kentucky.
Only reason Mizzou is here is because of money and the SEC's desire to get into St. Louis and KC markets. It was a forced marriage to someone with no common ties.
