How productive do you think they will be?
I think it is concerning for them that neither quarterback has separated from the other. I think the offensive line will be good as usual and the running backs will be above average. But if the quarterback is ineffective it could be trouble for Bama being one dimensional.

Not worried. Give Coker a bit and he will settle into the starting job. Sims is good at scrambling but I doubt he makes it very far as I have yet to see good decision making from him in his previous years at Alabama throwing the football.

Either way, Sims starts and only throws safe balls, scrambles a lot, and Alabama runs a lot. A lot.

Above average is selling the running backs short. They're pretty spectacular.

They'll get at least 30 ppg and probably in the 34-35 range

I'm really interested in seeing how Kane operates an offense without a quarterback. Should be absolutely revolutionary to the sport. Liffen is a prodigy to the game.

Look at Alabama's 2009 team and you'll have an idea of Alabama's 2014 team's makeup.

We haven't played a game yet. And everything is coach to media talk.

If you don't say that Alabama has the greatest running backs in the history of the world, it's offensive to you?

Running backs - outstanding.
WR/TE - outstanding.
OL - Very good.
QB - ???

If we have decent play from the QB position, we will be outstanding. If neither emerges as a consistent passing threat, we become one dimensional, and we certainly have the running backs but not sure our OL is so great that we can run it down a good team's throat.

sims as an avg qb will produce 30 pts a game ... do not think he can be an above avg qb ...

coker as an avg qb will produce the same 30 pts a game ...

coker as an above avg qb, which we all hope for, will put bama into the 40 pts a game area ... against anybody ...

Not offensive but have you seen TJ Yeldon, Henry and Drake? They're damn awesome. No frosh in there, all have playing time, and all are highly talented.

Offensively,

Amari Cooper
DeAndrew White
OJ Howard
Christion Jones

We'll see. I wouldn't be so confident if I were the Gumps. Who is the quarterback going to be? Because both looked like completely shite in everything I've seen

The running backs are very good. Better than the average teams running backs. But those playmakers may not be able to get the ball in their hands if there is nobody to throw it to. And I don't care how good your running back is, if you become one dimensional you will not be able to beat the top teams

55 PPG 600 YPG

Defense only yields 6 PPG and 145 YPG

15-0, including a 70-0 title win over FSU

In the post game presser Saban will deny rumors that he will be the next head coach for the Florida Gators, and two weeks later he'll be named the new coach for Florida. On NSD he will proceed to flip Bama's top 7 recruits to the Gators, and new Bama head coach Lane Kiffin will struggle to land a top 10 class and then go on to lead the team to an over achieving 6 win season.

It really all depends on the quarterback situation, just like LSU. If the QB play is descent then I see no reason why Bama would struggle. It won't take much to replace AJ at QB, he was nothing special so it shouldn't set them back by getting a new QB

... saban could flip a lot more than 7 recruits ...
