How similar are these two offenses? Our personnel are very different from last year, but will our success in stopping the HUNH translate into containing the Air Raid offense? Anyone w/ any in-depth knowledge care to compare and contrast the two?

Similar in the sense of tempo and spread.

If we have success on defense against the HUNH, it will come from putting their QB in dangerous positions. i.e. making him throw into coverage, making him run outside the pocket, etc....

The plays will be different, but the concepts are the same. Spread the field with 3 wide and a TE running a route. Setup the pass by establishing a running game first. Once the field is spread, throw in some designed QB runs to make a LB or S stay home to protect against it. Heavily rely on the QB to make good decisions and hope that he's faster than the DE's or OLB's.

Also, as with any HUNH, set a goal for how many plays you want to run a game i.e. 65,70, 75 etc.... Make sure to develop a system to get the coded plays in quickly. Know what plays you want to run ahead of them being run and prepare personnel changes in advance (have those dudes standing with their helmet on on the sideline waiting on the position switch greenlight.)

The HUHN is designed to maximize your offensive stats/scores by decreasing the time between plays AND you try to tire out defenses or catch them in "more than 11 men" penalties.

I'm not gonna pretend to have the in depth knowledge you're looking for but I will say A&M doesn't scare me near as much as Clemson. We held a Clemson team with Boyd, Watkins, Allen, Hopkins, and ellington to 17 points in '12 and 17 again last year. A&M might have that talent but their guys are young and inexperienced. I'm glad we're getting them early and at home.
