33 wins vs 31 wins-sc favor
Oklahoma has been in the top 25 only one more week than south carolina

It exists for the sole reason of Arkansas fans dick riding Oklahoma. What a sad, miserable fan base 
But to answer OP's question....no. They've had the sugar bowl win yes, but the sugar bowl blowout, combined with the fact with one of the past 3 years being a mediocre bowl puts SCAR ahead. All 3 years scar went to a quality bowl vs. A quality opponent.

I think you misinterpreted my point. My post was for South Carolina not oklahoma.

OU wasn't anything special in the past 3 years but they did win a conference title and a BCS bowl in that time span.
I don't think SC has a BCS bowl appearance or a Big 4 bowl appearance ever.

I think that's more a comment on Big 12 vs SEC strength than OU vs USC.
