I submit the 1997 Alabama Crimson Tide. Led by the Mother of All Fools, Mike Dubose, this team managed to go 4-7 with a coaching staff full of future head coaches and NFL successes.

Bruce Arians
Dabo Swinney
Ellis Johnson
Neil Callaway
Curley Hallman
Ivy Williams
Dan Pearman

Competing submissions must a) have a losing record, and b) have a coaching staff where 50% or more went on to more successful jobs
