Just football? I think LSU and SoCar got minor punishments. LSU's could have been self imposed, not sure.

Nah. All sports. Arky's track team got 3 years probation for recruiting violations in 2007.

Nov 16, 2012 University of Tennessee, Knoxville The violations in this case overlap in time and are imbedded in the context of football violations found in a previous case that went to a full hearing before the committee.
Apr 27, 2012 University of South Carolina, Columbia The violations in this case were limited and centered on two separate, unrelated set of circumstances, which resulted in NCAA violations: (1) student-athletes living in a local hotel at what proved to be a discounted rate; and (2) the impermissible involvement of two representatives of the institution's athletics interests in the institution's football and men's basketball recruiting efforts and the provision of extra benefits by the two athletics representatives.
Aug 24, 2011 University of Tennessee, Knoxville Violations of NCAA legislation regarding the provision of false and misleading information and the inducement of othesr to do the same involving the former men's basketball coaching staff. This case also involved impermissible phone calls, impermissible contact and unethical conduct by the former head men's basketball coach. The three former assistant men's basketball coaches were found for failure to cooperate and act with honesty and sportsmanship. The institution was cited for failure to monitor.
Jul 19, 2011 Louisiana State University Violations involved impermissible transportation and lodging as well as excessive phone calls by members of the athletics administration to a prospective student-athlete. A former football assistant coach was found for unethical conduct for his role in the commission of violations and his subsequent obstruction of the investigation.
Jun 11, 2009 University of Alabama Impermissible benefits obtained by student-athletes through misuse of the institution's textbook distribution program.
