Adios....still time for a last minute save theoretically I suppose but sure sounds like at 5 pm today he will be an Arkytard.

Welcome. We will supposedly know in less than 2 hours when he announces, but it seems as though the Mizzou staff/people around the MU program have no idea what he's doing and were not really expecting this. Couple with him having just got back from an unofficial visit to your campus yesterday and then cancelling all his official visits to announce right now, would sure seem like he's yours. Melvin Watkins has been working on him and his family all the way back since when he and Anderson were coaching in Columbia, and I guess that long, steadily built bond paid off. But, we'll have to see. It's not impossible the kid could still announce for Mizzou, but it'd be really weird circumstances in which to do so.

Halfway thru his freshman year he will be regretting this decision when he gets a new coach.

once you're gone, I don't care about you, stay gone, you aren't some hometown hero if you come back.
There will still be kids like Big Shel, Markus Golden and Drew Lock that grew up MU and will come, and we will still need to get kids like Nate Brown and Henry Josey out of other states.

So when Arkansas finished the year 18-whatever and barely misses the tournament, does Anderson lose his job? Does Whitt still go to Arkansas?
