He was A&M's president and a major supporter of the move to the SEC.
He is currently Mizzou's chancellor.
He is affectionately known as BowTie
Unfortunatly for him he got pushed out by Rick Perry for resisting his bullshite "education reforms" ie didn't want to turn A&M into University of Phoenix Online or do things like pay professors purely based on what a students average potential earnings w/that program's degree would be.
Its the same reason Bill Powers was forced out of Texas actually.
