Braden Smith, back up OT, special teams, Role in 2014 ?

Do y'all think he will be part of a jumbo package like Malzahn used with Cam where 2 lineman line up in the backfield? Seems like Isom and Eddins were the linemen in the backfield for that set.
I guess with Marshall not being as powerful as CAM, CGM might opt for CAP to get the snap.
Did we even run this at all last year? I don't recall seeing it.
Would he be the extra TE like Coleman was this past season?

Sounds like he will be playing somewhere. Everyone seems to be very high on him.

He's currently in the 2 deep at left tackle and on special teams.

I would think he would take over Coleman's role last year with how they've been talking about him.
Rarely. It's more of a power play. Cam was a power runner, Nick is more of a speed runner.

^True, but I guess you could snap it to CAP out of the same formation. I can't remember Cam throwing a pass with the extra linemen set although I guess the threat was always there.

Unlikely he'll be on kick off returns. I'd expect FG unit and maybe punt unit.
