My wife just started a brand new job teaching at a high school in Florida ....

that has produced a number of Div. 1 football talent, including some talent that has seen the field at UGA. 
Her first day of class, one said football talent was on his phone during class checking on his latest recruiting rankings, etc.
My wife took the phone and now he'll have to get it back from the Dean.
And no, UGA has no chance with this guy, so I am backing her play 100%.

Nice, my wife didn't want to deal with teenagers. She teaches 5th grade in Florida. :)

She needs to learn how to play the game. If she has a 5* in class that has interest in us, she better not take his phone away.

My aunt was a counselor at a HS in the Tampa Bay metro area that has had a rather surprisingly large amount of players that go to UGA. She is in no way a Georgia fan and encourages them to go to Florida or Clemson 
. I just flat out told her I was going to get her grandchild to be a Georgia fan and she won't talk with me now because of that.

Like I said in my OP, dude has no interest in UGA. Although, truth be told, neither does my wife.
Actually, she simply doesn't care all that much about college football. However, this particular school lets the teachers wear their favorite school colors on Fridays during football season, so I've made sure she's got some sweet Georgia Polos to wear on said Fridays.

There are a crap load of Florida schools that have produced UGA talent.
I'll narrow it down to Leon County, though. And that's as narrow as I'll let it get.

My wife simply doesn't care. But she loves me and knows I love Georgia so she'll kind of be a Georgia fan and she's happy when Georgia does well, but she simply can't get herself all that excited about college football.
But she does put up with my obsession and I give her much credit for that.
