How about Mullen on the mic'd up segment?

Just watching, not saying much. It goes with my theory that HC's do a lot of delegating and overseeing rather than coaching the technical points of the game.

Still, would have figured he'd say some more just for TV.

Some coaches love interviews and being in the spotlight (Spurrier and Les Miles mostly) and there are others who aren't very big on it and come off as awkward. Mullen is in the awkward department.

I was following on twitter when that was happening and he'd actually been mic'd up for an hour or more. My guess is that he didn't know they were cutting to him live right there...

also he curses like a sailor when no one from the outside is around….id shut my mouth also if i cursed constantly like him
