I don't get all the hate, either. I realize his show is pretty focused on Bama and Auburn and I see how that could turn some people off. But you can't tell me it's not entertaining.

I mean, he does, what, 4-5 hours a day on SEC football? He'd have to be pretty damn annoying for me not to tune in sometimes.

I like Pawl but McElroy is a combo between a used car salesman and a 70's/80's TV news anchor.

I don't like him as a commentator

In a word, YES.

PF's callers are amusing the first time you hear them. Then,once you realize it's simply the same few callers screaming at each other & bringing zero football input, it gets old fast, and then embarrassing. I had a good friend in Calif. call me laughing almost in tears over the image of Southerners that was being presented by his callers. I just reminded him that they were all from Alabama for the most part & his comment was "yea, maybe, but all we hear out here is the Southern accents." He said several of the local sports shows were mocking the SEC non stop.
