Hey Gamecocks. I'm a long time LSU fan who appreciates a good atmosphere. Thinking about making the trip from Kansas to SC for the A&M game. Can fly into Charlotte for a reasonable price and would love to get into Williams Brice for what should be an awesome game. Few questions.

How easy is it to get to Columbia from Charlotte Wednesday and back Friday?
What are the chances of showing up and getting tickets?
If I were to buy tickets at market value right now, what am I looking at?
Where's the best place to watch in Columbia if I cant make it into the stadium.

Appreciate the info. Geaux Gamecocks.

Be careful if you're going to try and scalp. I always scalped growing up and never had issues but recently there have been an abudance of fake tickets out there and have known a few people to get burned pretty bad (ie: guy paid $400 for two fake SC UGA tickets two years ago).

Not a bad trip at all; just avoid normal rush hours if possible. Other than that not a long drive.

This could be tricky; you can show up and scalp, but you do run the risk of a fake. I have scalped frequently, and never had a problem. If I were you making this long of a trip I would get them a legit way just to be safe though.

Not totally sure on this one I would guess at least $100 a ticket.

Anywhere in the vista, or if you can convince someone to let you on the Cockabooses.

You have no idea what you're talking about.

2 of the best environments I've been in at Williams-Brice were Thursday night games (Auburn 06, Ole Miss 09)

You clearly underestimate Williams-Brice on Thursday night

The Brice knows how to party on a Thursday. We've damn near perfected it over the years.

Hell, I'd be in favor of bringing back Big Thursday.

I've thought playing Clemson on Thanksgiving would be a good idea since we had to push the game back to that weekend
