Bama has the 3rd least returning players, and auburn has the 6th least returning players.

Both lost key players, so who will finish with the worst record?

Define "key players". On Offense they lost McCarron & Norwood. I wouldn't classify anyone else as "key".

On Defense Bama lost HaHa & Mosley. I wouldn't classify anyone else as "key".

Bama returns 7 starters on O and 6 starters on D. They play a ton of players, so everyone has game experience. They'll be alright. May not win it all, obviously, but not gonna lose 4 games like some predict.

This defensive line at Bama will be an All Time type line.

We will run the ball more and control the clock more.

We will win every game by 10 except LSU who I think we get by 4 points.

Auburn will lose 4-6 games like the Pussycats they are.

Definitely Au. Theyll fall back to a more normal year for them 8-4/9-3 theyre kind of like TAMU 1st two seasons in SEC Gus = Sumlin

Au's Luck ran out vs FSU . they'll end the reg season with a beating.

Well, strong possibility neither one wins the national championship.

Alabama has come to expect it every year, which is quite unreasonable.

Auburn has come to expect it because they're completely delusional in regards to what last season meant.

The team that loses the Iron Bowl
will have the worst season.

Both will have at least 9-10 wins.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't you the one who predicted a terrible 2013 season for AU? If that's the case, then carry on.

They lost the last 2 games of 2008 and returned 13 starters in 2009. Hmmmmmm. Only returned 4 on Offense, 2 WRs and 2 OL. Only had 12 returning starters in 2012.

You, sir...are going to be very disappointed. This is the worst Bama team since 2007. I have no doubt that the same players are going to grow up and win it all in the next couple of years...but not this year buddy...y'all will have to settle for being really good, not great.

Y'all hang on to this while you can. The consensus has been, here and from the SEC network and other talking heads, that Auburn is probably going to be better, but probably lose a couple because they won't have the luck. Let's take a look at Auburn's miracles last year.
1. Mississippi State: Very early in the season with new QB who didn't have the benefit of a Spring...brand new offense, brand new defense. That's why that game was close. I actually think State will be better this year but not to the extent that they would need to keep it close with Auburn.
2. Georgia: Auburn owned UGA until Aaron Murray went straight beast mode in the 2nd half. He did what a senior, excellent SEC quarterback can do...put the team on his shoulders and punished Auburn for stacking the line against Gurley. Sorry but Auburn will be better, no Murray, should not come down to a miracle.
3. Bama: Why was that game close? A miracle? No. Between talent and coaching, the teams were pretty evenly matched. It wasn't a series of trick plays or perfectly timed on sides kicks..the teams were very evenly matched. The consensus on this has been that without kick six, Auburn probably would have won in OT. So tell me again how Bama is the clear cut favorite with a new QB, and questionable OL and secondary?

Who knows what's going to happen..Florida could be this year's Auburn and make the rest of us irrelevant...but based on what we know, I think Auburn has a very good chance to repeat as SEC champs.
