McElroy believes Alabama will lose to LSU but also will win the West. I'm fine with that outcome.

If that's all he does fine. But there has been a lot of other chatter on boards for the last few weeks that he is trying too hard to down play his allegiance to Bama so he looks neutral. In other words avoiding being honest about what he thinks. Over a course of some years that's not going to play well with the fanbase. Which is what happened with Ohio State and Herbstreit. They pretty much ran him out of the state.

Must think LSU loses to Auburn and Florida back to back on the road.
Certainly a possibility, but really don't see them losing both.
