How will the SEC Network affect game start times? Or will it?

Will games be more staggered so that more can be seen on the network?
Will the SEC Network break into multiple channels to cover game simultaneously, or will other sec games just be on espn 2, U, etc?
Will the SEC Network show different games in different regions?

There is a second SEC Network channel for when a game runs long or if they have two games on at the same time. Look at how these channels are laid out:
SEC Network SD 34
SEC Network Overflow SD 68
SEC Network HD 800
