Football is drawing closer and I have a feeling that Chubb will be a DGD. Probably nothing new, but still a nice read.

Did you hear that he led the team in rushing at the last scrimmage?

Monday that he bench pressed 350 lbs three times, and now the rest of the team playfully makes fun of him as one of the strongest guys on the team.

Wonder how many times he can do 225 as a comparison to NFL RBs. The highest last year for an RB was 32

If he is putting up 350 three times I'll estimate he could do 225 around 15 times. Complete guess, but whatever it is I'm sure it's damn amazing for an 18 year old.

Talk about punishing defenses! We could feasibly run Gurley/Marshall every first half and Chubb/Michel every second half or just alternate quarters to keep them fresh!

Not to mention the frickin weapons at receiver and TE/FB.

I'm getting this feeling we may surprise the nation!

Here's to hoping our defense comes out this season as our strength rather than our weakness like the Oline did a couple of years ago when all the injuries made people feel the same way about them.

GO DAWGS!

When i popped the 350 cherry i was able to rep 220 about 50-60 times though it was a machine vs free weight on the 220 end of it. We generally warmed up on a machine before hitting the free weights.

I wouldnt say huge....just bigger than average. And what i said is fact. Machines give up 10-20% of the workload over free weights. Now ill wait for the reply of a bunch of internet heros to try and tear me down.

Let's split the middle of both and say you did 55 reps. Let's say machines give up 15%, or 8 reps.

So you claim that you could do/did 45ish reps of 220 with free weight?

Hey, we're all 6'5 225 on here right? We should all be able to do 50+ reps.

Obviously we will have to do this on the honor system. I did 60-70 reps of 220 this morning. Those NFL combine guys aint got shite on me.
