Getting my wife's car worked on, then heading to the gym.

Haven't decided if I'll be good this morning or get fast food afterwards

Sounds like a busy day for you bro

ETA: I was good all day yesterday, had some light pasta dish from Panera (small dish) for late lunch then some popcorn (healthy somehow my Mom made it ) for Supper since I ate lunch so late

Hungry as hell this morning though

Good morning. I had a Diet Coke and a granola bar. Not the best choices.

Oh I know, but what I had has practically no nutritional value, but at least it wasn't a lot of calories.

Low-carbs/low calories is the only way I can keep from gaining weight.

Pizza is my kryptonite. I've gotten better when I eat it though. I have a salad and one slice.

Today is make lots of baits and watch football replays on the laptop during....

My kids and wife absolutely love it. I think they eat it twice per week. This onslaught of continuous pies over the years has turned me.


I would not care if I ever saw another slice of pizza.





My kryptonite is trail mix. I cant get anywhere close to it

I had 2 eggs sunny side up with onions, feta cheese and shrimp for breakfast. I just finished at the gym
