I know two weddings that I am supposed to go to this fall that I plan on protesting. What kind of man schedules his wedding for game day? I don't skip "church" for weddings. Sorry.

I have 3 weddings in November, one in October, and a bachelor party in October.

The October stuff was going to be A&M game and LSU game. Our only really good home games besides USC. I was just like nah dog, we're moving that bachelor party.

Dumbasses. Get married in March. Same weather, no football.

I wouldn't go unless it was my immediate family. But they know better than to do that.

Not immediate family? Buy the wifey a new "outfit" accompanied with nails/feet/hair salon visit and she'll forgive you. Been there, done that.

Girlfriend has a wedding party for the first game of the season

There's a wedding the Friday before LSU's first home game

There's a wedding for the Kentucky game (not going)

There's a wedding the Friday before the Alabama game..going to the wedding, showing our faces at the wedding party, and heading to Baton Rouge to get our all nighter started and hold our tailgating spot

We are suspect to Hurricane season. Bye weeks are the weeks that are there for Hurricane make up games.

No wedding should be on a Saturday in the fall

I think a lot of women schedule fall weddings as a power play, to see where they stand in the relationship/etc.

Women always be playin games.

My partner at work is getting married SECCG weekend, but they planned the ceremony to be over by gametime and have already been assured there will be a huge big screen television showing the game in its own enclave at the reception to go along with an open whiskey bar. Since we have friends will all sorts of SEC fandom ties, no matter who is in the game, it be of great interest to all. The bride is actually a bigger football than the groom so she is the one who will make sure it all happens. Since the we are all staying at the hotel, no one need be able to drive. It was a pretty good plan all the way around.
