Before you dismiss this as a lame troll, look at the facts.
At okie state he was 16-16 overall in conference play, best finish was second in his own division and only 1-2 in bowl games.
Since coming to lsu, he has been a winner but not like the media portrays him to be. His best 3 years were his first 3 when he had sabens recruits. He follows those years up with 2 poor results (8-8 SEC. Record) and then His last 4 years have only resulted in one divisional title and one SEC title.
Everyone knows how he got his ONE crystal ball with a 2 loss team.
2005 LSU 11–2 7–1 1st (West)
2006 LSU 11–2 6–2 T–2nd (West)
2007 LSU 12–2 6–2 1st (West)
2008 LSU 8–5 3–5 3rd (West)
2009 LSU 9–4 5–3 2nd (West)
2010 LSU 11–2 6–2 T–2nd (West)
2011 LSU 13–1 8–0 1st (West)
2012 LSU 10–3 6–2 T–2nd (West)
2013 LSU 10–3 5–3 3rd (West)
I think he is just a lucky version of mark richt. I cant honestly say he is early better than richt.
No wonder lsu fans hold tightly to winning streaks over Auburn and get really sensitive about the ole miss loss. They recognize that they are most likely going to remain 3rd best in the west now that Gus is in town.
Gus has already equaled miles BEST year in the SEC (a conference title) in only one year at Auburn. I can tell you this. If Gus is only wins one more SEC title in the next 8 years, we wont keep him at Auburn. We, like the other team in our state, expect more.

Les = 7/9 years has been 10(+) wins.
You're an idiot if you don't think Les is a great coach.
Lol. You tried way too hard with this one. 2/10.
Les is 7-2 vs AU
Facts show Les is an outstanding coach and an even better person.
And LSU will always be a better program than Alabama Polytechnic

Yes, you're foolish if you think Les is not a GREAT COACH.

Was Pat Dye really a good coach?
In 12 years he had at least 10 wins only four times and never won a NC.
In 9 years, Les has had at least 10 wins seven times and delivered 1 NC.
Pat Dye also had 3 losing seasons.
Les has none.
I think Pat Dye was just a lucky version of Mike Shula.

Your coach won with Cheesedicks recruits.

The playoff is a huge advantage for Miles. He can still have his usual frick ups every year and it won't cost him a championship.

Logic sounds good to me.

Maybe he can make it in the playoff without winning the division one day. That would be nice. Sitting at home for the SECCG and then waltzing into the playoff.

I see four straight ten win seasons in the toughest division in college football. A program that accomplished that despite a record number of juniors leaving early. He built on the foundation Saban left to keep LSU as an elite program over the last decade.
He's a players coach and an effective CEO of the program. There are only a very select few I'd choose to run a program over Les Miles.

Damn you aubies are obsessed with LSU the last couple of days.

Yea the auburn trolls and really the trolls in general are starting to ruin this board. I haven't posted much but have enjoyed reading the rant for a while but the trolling is truly getting out of hand.

Remember when LSU/Auburn was almost a rivalry?
I barely can. It's been so long since the Auburn game was genuinely contested.

They are seriously so desperate to beat us, it is making their insecurities show. They are on their third coach in 6 years, they would give anything to finally have a coach be as consistent as Miles. Too bad they will be on the search again if Malzahn has a couple more good years

An average of 11 wins a year as a member of the SEC West isn't impressive? Come on, bro.
