I've noticed black people drive slow

Like almost all black people. I've noticed this for about 5 years now. Any reason for this?

I think Its because they're either high, or they have rims to show off, so they go slow to gain more attention.

I've never noticed this, however I have noticed that all drivers with handicap license plates drive slow.

They're more likely to get pulled over and they know it, so they are more cautious. The same reason they don't get nearly as drunk as white people

The few times I have seriously thought of road rage, it was in those cases. but figured it might turn into a "hate crime" by accident.

when I was in college and didn't have to work the next day I went to the point of borderline death sometimes.
