what price are you guys getting? I called and They told me its $13.99 month (that is the sports package). They said you have to have that to get network. I told her i had every single espn, espnu, big 10 network, etc and she said that isnt this sports package. That i have to pay $13.99 to get it.

I was told yesterday that it would be offered as a standard part of the Choice package, and any higher level channel package. No extra sports package needed.

She was wrong. It is in their Choice package. If you have ESPNU you have it. Sports package is not part of it

I think if you have the "Choice" package or higher it is free, a or very minimal cost.

Think she might be mistaken, especially if you have the supreme pack....which sounds like you do.

So are rates going to rise at all?

I'm confused.

I have espnu and others. Just FYI.

I think only for those in the southeast with the very base packages, and people who live elsewhere around the country.

Rates will go up by $1.40. Gotta have Choice Package or higher. The SEC Network will be in the CHOICE package and above. Per Directv Twitter page.

Companies are trying to use this opportunity to prey on SEC ignorance it seems to me like...

It will not be on any sports tier anywhere in the southeast. Around the rest of the country, it is yet to be seen...

Is the channel automatically added if you have Choice or do you have to call?
