51%/49% Biggest Upset So Far In Terms Of Seeding

Discuss

Derrick Thomas Alabama, 1988
School records with 39 tackles for loss and 27 sacks, but that's no match for Woodson.

Charles Woodson Michigan, 1997
8 INTs, 9 PBUs and 4 TDs (1 rushing, 2 receiving, 1 PR)

Thomas.

Woodson stole that like he stole the heisman from Peyton.

I feel like the more recently active players are likely to have an advantage.

Most people under 30 have no idea who Thomas is.

Peyton should have won the Heisman.

Ed Marinaro should have won it before Pat Sulivan.

Walker beat out Tebow, your theory is flawed.

Michigan alumni base is massive. Same reason they spent years getting overrated by the AP until ESPN came along and started hyping the SEC. It's hilarious how upset the Big Ten fans are about the SEC hype when they don't seem to remember the years of things being the opposite.

Or they can all just afford the internet in order to cast a vote...

I would think that the Alabama fan base is larger than the Michigan fanbase.

I very well could be wrong. Just would seem like with the recent success this would be the case. Maybe not.
