It is an unparalleled time for Ole Miss as construction continues on the Pavilion at Ole Miss and the campus' first parking garage. We are making great strides toward becoming a perennial power in the SEC and across the country and we could not do it without your support.
In addition to building a world-class basketball arena, we have been meeting with our architects on a proposed plan to renovate and expand Vaught-Hemingway Stadium. In the coming days, we will release our anticipated construction timeline and some concept drawings that we know you will be excited about. As part of those concepts, the premium seating landscape is about to change with the addition of a new field club as well as 30 new suites in the south endzone. We anticipate the new club will hold over 700 people, and once we get approval to move forward these will be sold on a first come, first serve basis, meaning that the best seats will be allocated to those who act fast.
We anticipate a lot of members will be moving in and out of different areas potentially opening seats in sections that have not been available before. In an effort to get you the seats you want, we have created the following seating wait-list so that we can be sure you get information regarding any openings should you have interest in a new seating option

They're going to be removing part of/if not all of the concourse area that is there now along with the top 4-5 rows of seating. At least, that's the way I understand it. The renderings should clear it up.

We're not gonna have this?
Naa, there will be plenty that bitch no matter the proposed renovation.
Thanks for the info.

I'm afraid that rendering is just a pipe dream.

That's the 2036 stadium

I actually like this. Allows for uniformity on the ends in the long run.

Have those lower suites always been in the renderings? I had never noticed them. Looks good.

No I just copied and pasted the upper level in PS

I wish we'd just brick the stadium all around. It would look so much better.

That concourse at the top of the SEZ is the best part of the whole damn stadium. I figured they were trying to expand that concept, not remove it.
Also, didn't someone donate a buttload of money for a bell tower?

The bell tower will be a part of the north end zone expansion of Vaught-Hemingway Stadium and will serve as a call to everyone in the Grove and around campus to head into the stadium for the start of the game. It will also be sounded after Ole Miss victories. The bell tower will be made unique to the charm of Ole Miss and will serve as a strong symbol of unity for the school beyond the scope of athletics. The athletics department looks forward to continuing discussions on how to utilize this new tradition in dynamic and unique ways.

Yeah.....losing the south endzone concourse will suck. But hopefully they make up for it.

Is that concourse kind of the same lay out as Alex Box's concourses? to where the concessions were at the very top of the seats to where you could watch the game from standing above?
