@HKellenbergerCL: Will Gleeson has the edge at punter. Andy Pappanastos, Gary Wunderlich and Andrew Fletcher fighting for place-kicker job.

@SpiritBen: #OleMiss also applied for a waiver for Stringfellow. Like Morris, his case is in the appeals process. m.twitter.com/SpiritBen

@HKellenbergerCL: Ryan Buchanan is ahead of being a pocket passer, and DeVante Kincade is ahead running total scope of offense. Which we knew.

@HKellenbergerCL: Hugh Freeze brings up Anthony Alford again as a potential option to run the QB speed option package. m.twitter.com/HKellenbergerCL

@HKellenbergerCL: Rod Taylor is going to learn guard and tackle. m.twitter.com/HKellenbergerCL

@HKellenbergerCL: Freeze: "I expect Tee (Shepard) to come in and hopefully be a lockdown corner that we've been missing." m.twitter.com/HKellenbergerCL

@SpiritChuck: Channing Ward moving back to defense after spring at TE. m.twitter.com/SpiritChuck

@SpiritBen: Chief Brown is out for the year. Christian Morris is, according to Freeze, "ready to go." That's some news. m.twitter.com/SpiritBen

@HKellenbergerCL: Jeremy Liggins will play tight end, Hugh Freeze just said. m.twitter.com/HKellenbergerCL

Wow, lots of news there. Channing back to DE is probably the best move. I just couldn't see him helping us at TE now that Liggins is working there. Alford in spread option situations is interesting.

and LOL at Pelini

So Liggins playing TE means he learns how to block and has the potential to have the ball in his hand. Wouldn't be a difficult move to tackle next spring if he needs to.

I like it.

I like this one.

Poor Channing. Will he ever play anything meaningful other than ST?

Interesting bits on C. Morris and Stringfellow. Hope they both somehow get waivers, but not holding my breath.

Yes this is good news but don't expect him to be even as good as Conyers until the end of the season. Not only has he not played In long time, he's only been running for a few weeks. Don't expect anything from him early

I'd rather have his experience at Guard, unless he's just getting dominated by Bouldin and Taylor and will not see the field.

Justin Bell is not a good guard. Experienced yes.

Why do you think the coaches are doing this? Ben snaps perfectly but is weak. You want your best 5 on the field yes? Ben is our 8th best OL.
