This guy beat up an off duty sheriff in a bar fight, and was later pulled over and beaten by sheriffs. The strangest part of it is that there was a rich guy championing his case who mysteriously ended up murdered. The insurance payed up, but no punishment for any officers.

Such BS. The guy was a friend of a friend of a friend deal. Never met him though. Apparently the off duty cop was the aggressor in the bar fight.
