Taylor is likely headed for the door. So what do you guys think the defensive line up will look like? I think Georgia goes with more 4 down linemen this year so I think it will look something like this.
Stongside end:
Josh Dawson
James Deloach
DT:
Chris Mayes
Toby Johnson
Lamont Gaillard
DT:
Mike Thornton
John Atkins
Weakside End:
Ray Drew
Sterling Bailey
It will be intersting to see if they move Ray inside some. Also, pretty sure Jenkins and Floyd will have their hands in the dirt as well.

I actually think that Pruitt and Rocker play it as Toby Johnson as a starter along with Chris Mayes. John Atkins and Mike Thornton as their backups. Although I think Thornton and Mayes may be interchangeable on either side, but Toby will be a stud this year and I see no way he is not a starter.

Garrison Smith has been saying that Toby Johnson will break out this season too.

We'll be in nickel most of the time, and these guys are going to be the rush ends.
This means we only have 3 DL spots, which is good for our depth. Atkins (322) and Mayes (321) are our big fellas now that Taylor is gone.
Despite the loss, I think we'll still be pretty solid.

Toby Johnson will be UGA's best interior lineman this year, imo. He's the best athlete we have up front by a mile
