Hear ye hear ye, doth thou knoweth of the one known of Ole. Colonel 27?!?!?!
Well he's been banned for about two months for starting a "Bert is fat" thread.... He shouldn't have done it (and he knows that)and his timing was terrible and, well, frankly his half drunken urges take the best of him (had to break out the harpoon one morning)
Furthermore......... Eh I think he's served enough time. Punch his ticket out of banland?

I mean calling Bert fat is like calling the sun hot. Just a fact of life. Why would someone get banned for that?
If that's the case then 94% of tRant would be banned.
