The car accident scene in Death Proof. Personally, I think its the greatest car crash scene of all time.

I can't believe people liked Inglourious Basterds. I thought it was awful. How do you find that to be the best Tarantino movie ever?

OP doesn't specify that it be a Tarantino-directed movie, just a Tarantino movie. As Quentin both wrote and acted in From Dusk Til Dawn (leaving the direction to Robert Rodriguez), I consider it to be within the Tarantino oeuvre. YMMV...
